In terms of sustainability, we are dedicated to enhancing products made from biodegradable plastics and “second life” plastics. In addition to the search for materials with low environmental impact, the company’s desire is to reduce waste through “closed cycles” to recover waste and scrap material.
For years, DLM has been engaged in an education process on the correct removal and disposal of its protections by the end customer. In this way, it is possible to recover and reprocess the material, with the help of leading companies in the granule regeneration sector.
The social commitment has also been consolidated in the support of local associations, as well as training projects with schools of all levels. For example, we have organized lessons on the topic of plastic recycling or internships for professional school students.
In termini di sostenibilità ci dedichiamo al potenziamento di prodotti realizzati con plastiche biodegradabili e con plastiche di “seconda vita”. Oltre alla ricerca di materiali a basso impatto ambientale, la volontà dell’azienda è ridurre gli sprechi attraverso “cicli chiusi” per recuperare il materiale di scarto e di sfrido.
Da anni DLM è impegnata in un percorso di educazione alla corretta rimozione e smaltimento delle proprie protezioni da parte del cliente finale. In questo modo è possibile recuperare e rielaborare il materiale, con l’aiuto di aziende leader nel settore della rigenerazione del granulo.
L’impegno sociale si è consolidato anche nel sostegno alle associazioni del territorio, nonché progetti formativi con le scuole di ogni ordine e grado. Abbiamo organizzato ad esempio lezioni sulla tematica del riciclo della plastica oppure tirocini per i ragazzi delle scuole professionali.
